Hi. I know this has brought up in the past. I've trained for about 5 years. When I'm not riding the bike I have been squatting 5-6 times a week with some great results. I usually am front squatting those days and will bench 3-4 times a week and DL twice or so. What are your guys thoughts on Squats/Bench everyday while on cycle and should I be pushing myself harder (like new 5rm/1rm a week) or doing the same RPE I've been doing?
