Hello guys! I am finding a full body workout fits my schedule best... Should be sufficient, a lot of big names from muscle beach used basically barbells and full body workouts three to four times a week. Thanks - Rod

I've used nothing but dumbells (30 and 45lbs) combined with one leg deep squats, dive bomber push ups , dips and neck Neck bridges. A lot of reps. Got huge. Sometimes used a back pack with two of the thirty pound dumbells inside for the push ups. Could knock it out in less than an hour. It works. Good luck.Hello guys!
