Full body workout... Any good ones, all barbell?

Hello guys! I am finding a full body workout fits my schedule best... Should be sufficient, a lot of big names from muscle beach used basically barbells and full body workouts three to four times a week. Thanks - Rod
 
Depending on your goals, you could combine both upper body and lower body protocols from Bill Phillips, Body For life routines. You'll be in and out of the gym in less than an hour and a quarter.

I've used nothing but dumbells (30 and 45lbs) combined with one leg deep squats, dive bomber push ups , dips and neck Neck bridges. A lot of reps. Got huge. Sometimes used a back pack with two of the thirty pound dumbells inside for the push ups. Could knock it out in less than an hour. It works. Good luck.:)
