Guys it felt awesome to get back in the gym tonight. Really missed lifting heavy shit. I don't know about the rest of you but once I start he battle of wills (me vs heavy) I let everything else in the day go. I'm not big nor do I push the most weight but damn I know I'm slowly winning.

I was watching a few guys tonight that were clearly just starting out and I remember when I couldn't bench press 25's on each side for sets. I've learned a ton from all you guys about encouraging rather than breaking people down. I've said to Brutus on number of occasions "funny how the biggest baddest mofo's on meso are the most encouraging and helpful".

Hell yeah glad to see you've found your spark again. I swear I will be in a slump and just one little glance in the mirror at a certain angle, one little compliment, one good workout, etc, can recharge my whole attitude.

I say your bf% looks still in check. As long as your comfortable keep gettin after it, furious style!! It's almost football season anyway right... time to throw on the hooded sweatshirts and jackets and get HUGE!
 
Got a GREAT leg workout in today. Hit two PRs and felt pure beast. Got 1 successful deadlift pull at 275. Failed the first time but brushed myself off and went right back and nailed it. I'm shooting for a 315 pull by the end of the month and I will get it.225 I can now use great form, gets a little sloppy over 225 but used to be sloppy just a few weeks ago.
Also bumped my max on Leg press and did 14 plates for 5 reps. I was on fire this afternoon. Did cut it a bit short, I was beat up after but whatever.

I also killed the blast a bit early. So I'm on TRT only now. It's been about 5 days so the tren should be clearing out of my system soon. I was just feeling like it was time and I've learned to listen to my body.

I fucking hate eating. What to do? Eat anyway. There is a reason everyone isn't walking around jacked on planet earth- because it's hard work. It's all about fighting puke while you shovel in more eggs. More chicken. More fish. More beef. More shakes. I put ground beef in cream of mushroom soup and fucking drink it. I get pissed if I only eat a dozen eggs in a day. A gallon of milk is 2800 calories and 128 grams protein. Fucking drink it. You want to be a lean 225? This eating is fucking cake compared to what you will have to eat then. Wanna stop now? Or perhaps it's time to sit down with a glass of water and shovel in some more animal flesh?
I kid you not, I have puke hit the back of my throat several times a day for no reason. I'm just doing my thing and...whoop there it is. I take a drink of milk to get the burning out of my throat and I'm good. I have a flip top bottle of milk on me 24 hours a day. As soon as one is empty I grab another. I bought a 6 pack brand lunch cooler. Holds a lot of food and beverages. I highly recommend getting one.

I'm going to end this log for the time being. Blast stopped, now cruising. I'm down to 2iu of GH ed until I run out which will be soon. Had some things go down recently training is all whacked, eating is shit. I'm still working out just fitting it in. I'm not leaving the iron behind. Hell no
Need to take care of business first.

Great Log Furious, we are fairly similar in BF and size, I know that it's hard to keep bulking when you don't see almost any separation or definition of your muscle, but keep building. It will be easier to cut with more muscle on you then with few.
 
Ok fuck all this feel sorry for myself shit. I took a little break from life but I'm getting back at it. Talk about a way to fuck up all my progress, August I stopped eating and gym was spotty at best, killed off the blast. Sept was even worse, think I saw the inside of the gym 3 times and still no eating. Continued to cruise on 100wk test. I finally after some counseling by @brutus79 am getting my ass back in the gym and eating.
Still the same goal to hit 225. I'm currently sitting about 183 (yep dropped over 20lbs since Aug, fkn sucks). Started up a new blast with NPP and Test. I have decided that Tren is not for me, I hate the sides. For me, it's just not worth it. It took almost 6-7 weeks for component and Fina to clear my system. It was a long sweaty road.

I'll start posting back up, but bare in mind I've also lost a ton of strength but it will come back quick.
