Awesome, I'm trying to hit 10% in 19 days, won't get it but I'm fairly happy with where I'm at. At least I can see the outline of where abs should go lol.Subb'd.

I went to buy some steaks from Costco the other day and the prices are way to high. I buy my steaks from Walmart and my turkey, lamb, fish and chicken from Costco. I hear some of yAll saying yAll get in good with the butcher at Costco to get yalls meat. That would be the only way I could buy their steaks.
The quality of that costco meat is worth every nickel my man. I don't disagree that you will pay for it, but Walmart food can suck the cheese off my taint
I don't think I've ever had lamb. Any good?

It's an acquired taste. It's a little different. I like it but I can only stand the taste about once every 3 weeks. Now if I go to a greek restaurant they cook that shit good. Especially on a gyro.
I haven't had greek in ages, i love the hairy daughters of the owners running the registers at the small family places.
I think next cheat will be greek, Thanks OD!
Much better steaks though. Hands down... but I can't afford em either. I choose to run gh and eat walmart meat instead cost is the same
Id call you a cheap fucker for not getting the good steaks but I know that GH aint free...

The Austrian rack of lamb is awesome. Cut them into individual pieces salt liberally, add a to of oregano on each side put in a bag and squeeze 1/2 lemon per rack. Let this marinade for 30-60mins. Grill for 2 min each side on high heat for med rare. Fucking nom nom nom
