Ok I did get leg day in a little later than the morning but hey at least I didn't skip it.
The first week I did FST I didn't realize you were supposed to bang out the 7x12 with only 30-45sec rest between sets. This week FST has been tougher and let me tell you leg day... Hahahahaha...

So deadlifts, I need to work on form. I felt a lot of it in my lower back instead of in my hamstrings and glutes.
After the deads, hacks, leg press and leg extensions I was dying for water and wanted cold water. My gym is two story and the water fountains upstairs are much colder. The leg equipment is on the first floor. Im sure you get where this is going lol.. Up was ok, back downstairs was a sight to see. There's an elevator but I'd rather be raped with an Olympic bar then take the elevator at the gym.
I am also a sweaty fucking mess at the gym. I don't care who says you don't know anyone that sweats excessively or has night sweats on test only. I do! I sweat so much it starts to look like I just got out of the shower. My shirt is soaked and hair is sweaty. It's kinda embarrassing honestly. Hard to look good when you are gushing buckets of sweat. Bro, being on gear has made me a sloppy mess. I get to the gym amd start sweating!! Ill take a pic today of my wettness and post up in my log tonight.....messy man. Glad to see you killed it yesterday! I also did legs with my hott mama, pics going up as we speak.
 
I hooe it's cool bro, thought I'd share her leg day yesterday!! Haha, she did deads, ass blaster, leg press, hack squats, hams ,the pussy squeeze machine (inductors,inner and outer)calves, jumped rope and core. Man oh man, i am the luckiest guy these days. I hope the candy is okay bro, thought it'd be nice to share a nice ass!!

I'm cruising until I start this on Monday 6/22, Test C 100mg 2x week

Blast - 10 week
1-10 Test C 100mg 2x week
1-8 dbol 25mg ed
1-10 tren a/fina 50ed <- I might start a little lower
1-10 Sero 4iu ed

Cruise - 10 week
1-10 Test C 100mg 2x week
1-10 Sero 4iu ed

The plan is to repeat this blast and cruise twice but we'll see if it stays exactly the same or not after the first go around.
The Sero's will be around 8-12 months.
 
What's your main goal with the hgh? I was under the impression 6iu is basically a bare minimum as far as mass building goes and that's with a properly dosed kit. Not to say you won't get the countless other benefits.

As I understand it with the real deal (not generics) I can gain mass at 4iu ed. With generics 6-8iu is required. At least this is the advice I've received from a few members that have experience with both. I'm a GH noob completely unless you count so bunk shit from Astro last year [emoji17] so I asked for a lot of advice on this part. Way to expensive to fuck around with it.

Full hormonal panel with igf included is $120. I bet 4iu gets you in the 400's. That's plenty to grow on. And plenty to keep you kickin ass over the next 18months! Can't remember if I subbed the other day or not.. Subbed again!

Also, dat tren. It's gonna make every calorie count. 5000cal may make u gain excess fat. I know it would me. Save 5k for lean 200lbs. Your body can only grow so much at once. 500-1000cal over your tdee of extra protein complex carb will keep you steady gaining with Minimal fat gain. Gain weight, re-evaluate tdee
 
Had a full workup it's on page 3, I think. IGF level was 203. So 400 will be kick ass!

I think the GH will help shed any fat I may accumulate and also increase the efficiency of processing of food. Couple that with the fina and I think I'll be golden. This is a bulk and I'm going to gain some fat but I can cut that off later, just don't want to get excessive fat. I can dial it back if it becomes a problem. Trust me coming from "fatassery" I'm paranoid of body fat, I'll keep an eye on it.
