Hey furious! Just curious, you ever think about running some EQ to help with appetite? Or do you think a 10 week blast isnt long enough to get the full benefits?
 
Leg day is everyone's least favorite day.

I started making my best gains when I tricked myself in to believing I liked it. Positive attitude and never say die. NEVER. Think about if we all gave our legs the attention our upper body gets. Just imagine
 
I never used to be a fan of leg day either. But honestly it's one of my better days now because it was the area I had the most room to grow. Seems like every time I lift them I either gain size or strength. Sometimes both. At the end of the day that makes you feel pretty good. As for your weight on dead lifts don't sweat that. Last October I could barely squat 315 for 1-2 and pull 275 for 1. Keep your form good and strength will come quicker than you think.
 
Not sure what happened overnight but my appetite is back and feeling like a champ. This will all translate to a killer shoulder and bicep day.
Sounds like a bump in the road, which can happen. Kill it today!

I said yesterday I was going to back down from the Fina, I kinda did. Instead of 100ed, I'm going with 150mg eod. We'll see how it goes.
My diet has been really rough still, I'm to the point of force feeding myself and its fucking miserable. The GHRP-6 came today and I tried it 100mcg. I'm not sure if I got hungry. But I'll keep trying. If anyone has experience with this please let know your experiences. Specifically using it just for appetite.

Tren and orals are generally the culprit of a bad appetite. I just got in on this thread and not sure what your running. Have you changed your diet recently. Sometimes changing to a cleaner diet slows down digestion cause your body isn't used to it.
 
Dbol, tren and TRT dose of test. I upped my calories and modified diet about a month ago. It's a ton of food 5000 caloreies. It's definitely the tren and dbol just need to push through it I guess. Eat big to get big
 
If it helps, you can make your diet more flexible - just aim for the same daily total calories and macros you have already outlined. Cleaner foods, which is what you are mostly eating, are generally more satiating but that can also be detrimental if you are feeling full all the time while having to meet 5000 kcal on the daily.

It won't have negative effects on body composition if you dirty things up whenever you are falling short on calories - as long as you remain within your daily calorie and macro goals.

I should have been following this log by now, not sure why I waited so long to drop by. Good to see you are training hard. Keep it up, I will be following.
