Since high protein is never a problem on a clean diet I would try for EOD or how ever it turned out to get some fattier cals in. Mcdonalds was always popular cuz they have the dollar menu and mcdoubles taste good when you eat clean all the time plus they pack what, 390 cals a piece :)

I hear ya.

Since I switched to fina these first 2 nights I have had very disturbed sleeping. That fina is beastly stuff. I feel your pain

Moved to 150mg eod, today was the off day. This morning I was wondering about the Fina. So let's recap my day... Up at 330am, some night sweats but not bad. Then today I was standing in the shade in 90 degree weather and started sweating buckets. Literally sweat dripping down my back and soaked half my tshirt, boxers and waist of my shorts. I had to go home and change all my clothes. Later headed to Costco and was not happy with anyone operating a cart. So YEP fina has kicked in, going to bump it down just a little. Maybe back to 125 or 100mg eod.
Other than the above my workout sucked too. Went this evening to the gym but I was destroyed from getting up at 330am. I was wiped out and only made it through my back part of the routine. Monday is my usual off day so I'm going to finish biceps then. I'm also adding in fucking cardio...yep cardio. 30 mins every gym day. I've chosen to do fasted cardio in the am rather than post workout since I go at night and don't usually finish up til about 10pm.
This update as you probably noticed is really disjointed but Im coming up on 20 hours of awake time so without further ado

On this last one, I lost count how many sets I did. I think I did 8 but I for sure did the required 7 for FST
