Yesterday was my usual off day but I went into finish biceps. Was a quickie workout. I had laser focus in the gym was nice have felt that way in awhile. The gym was packed so I had to move things around and also find alternatives.
Biceps
Since I was jumping right into biceps cold I did some lighter sets first to warn up the old elbows.
Preacher Curls (weight does not include the bar) - still babying the elbows some didn't go heavy

Thank the good lord I got 6.5 hours of solid sleep AND my full morning meal down. Thought I wound stay with the roll and hit the gym this morning as well. Walking out the door I did drop the Americano I just bought 10 minutes earlier [emoji19] but the gym was still fun

Funny you say that I had my wife stand on the scale and I was pushing on her shoulders to make the scale say 198. She snapped a pic for me, but when I told her I was going to post it she said "oh no, I need a pedicure you are not posting that!" LOL

I'm a man's man, I fart burp and cuss a lot. I do not subscribe or condone the skinny jeans metro lifestyle of whatever the fuck they do. I do use clippers on my chest hairs and balls to keep them nice and trimmed up but that's about it.

Truth be told about 10 years ago my wife had a special day and she wanted us to both go get mani/pedis together. I think she just wanted to see if I really would. I did do that once... For her. But now that card has been played and it can't be played again

No she doesnt usually , but she wanted to know why I was taking pics of my feet . I told her its an inside joke ....but if you really want my feet shot back , that can be arraigned , lol :)
