Furiouswo's quest to get big

Have you tried the shakes yet?

I see no bacon or cheese on that plate, no milk, no avocados. ..

You gain gain more weight on a high fat diet that what you believe. Do it right you'll put on 5 lbs by the end of next week
Avocados, sunflower seeds, sesame oil, lots of salmon. You can add 1k to your daily calories and still digest it.

I have been wondering what type of oil to add to my shakes once I start really ramping up the calories this fall. Any particular reason for sesame oil? I have used olive oil in the past. What would be considered the "cleanest" type to use?

I do at least 1 of not 2 shakes a day. Milk, peanut butter and protein powder. They're 1k+ each. I haven't added the oils yet as you suggested but I'm heading to the store today I'll grab some.
Yah milk... 2cups with every meal.
I think yesterday like @ROB581211 was saying I need to stay off the scale every morning. This morning I was back on track at 205...maybe yesterday was just an off day.

Mine weight bounces like a basketball. I take my weight every morning and write it on the calendar - average it all out on Friday and go by that number. It's easier on my ego ;) I gained/lost X lbs per day this week.
Eating is a discipline to be mastered. I find what i digest easily and pile it on.

I would suggest 2 shakes minimum. Last shake before bed, to fight catabolism and of course 1 in the morning.

Protien, milk, and peanut butter is the foundation of shake. Add more stuff...lol

Good info in here about it...

I'm on the scale in the morning too! I always get off saying "fuck!"
Trying to get down to 230 is a bitch

@FuriousWO

So you've been prescribed accutane. You take it at 20mg ED? Results so far are acceptable? What's the cost for the rx? Looking to consider it soon. Help if you can :)

No my derm couldn't prescribe it, he's in a private practice with another dr that doesn't like it so they have an agreement to not do that. He said he used to prescribe it frequently. It's a pain with blood tests required monthly. He walked me through it all, said he would put me on 80mg Ed for 5 months.
After additional research on my own I found most people with AAS induced acne responded well to 20mg ed. I had been taking 20mg until last week then I bumped it to 30mg. The results are significant. My chest is almost completely clear and my back is significantly better and healing up. I plan to run it for 5 months. Accurate is the ONLY thing that's touched my chest and back acne. If you can get your derm to prescribe it that would be best but I think it's going to be tough if you cycle at all during that 5months. Doctor will specifically be looking for elevated liver values so no orals at least.

Cycling has an impact on whether you score a prescription or not? I don't use orals so I'm safe there.

Also is the skin clearing up or just preventing new cystic acne? Red blotches gone?

The dr will run monthly bloods while you're taking it. If you don't run orals then maybe okay.. Idk.

The accutane shuts down the sebaceous glands, it should kill off any current acne and prevent it from reoccurring. Right now on my chest there are no new zits and the old ones are almost all healed up. My shoulders and upper arms are now completely clear. My back is a work in progress. It's taking time but there are less cysts and the old ones are healing.
I had tried everything before from dish soap to 200mg ed of Doxycycline, nothing helped or even touched my acne on my chest or back. It's definitely not an overnight cure, and as I heard it got worse before it got better. But it's for sure getting better and I have full expectations that it will go away completely at the end.
Casca did a full 5mos of prescribed Accutane and can help more.

I know furious we have it Pretty bad with the acne. I've followed what you been trying to do and your right nothing really works. The salicylic acid tends to help but I'd be damned if it cleared it. I'm out of options. Shit looks terrible. Boils everywhere

I thought I had heard of some people not feeling well or having some negative side effects on Accutane. Maybe I'm thinking of something else? Are you getting any negatives @FuriousWO
@Casca?

There are sides, it varies. I have dry lips mostly. Definitely need to do your own research on it. I'm a nut about that stuff, but still don't don't go off just people's opinions
