Furiouswo's quest to get big

Today was killer, legs and I pushed weights up. I crushed a PR on deads. Last week I hit 225x1, this week 225x3 and 235x1. 235 barely came up but I got it and locked it out. I need to focus on pushing my lower back further in but form was pretty good. Sent a vid to iron God and have some things to work on for next week.
I also added weight to every other lift today. 50lbs to my last set of hack squats, and did a set of 12 plates on leg press. Started with 160 on leg ext, 175 on standing calf raises. Was an amazing day and feeling like I'm about to bust through some plateaus and take shit to the next level.
My one gripe about today, I cut out 2 FST exercises, seated leg curl and seated calf raises. I was just destroyed after DL, hacks and Leg press. I'll live with that and put them back in next time.

@brutus79 has taken my shit to the next level. He's revamped my training, diet and cycles. I'm as strong as I've ever been and growing fast.
Not for nothing- YOU have taken YOU to the next level. You can lead a horse to water and all that- but you are the one going hard enough to drink the whole fucking ocean my friend.

I have put on 10 lbs and now sit at 270+ morning weight- and it's since we started. I have some of the best size gains in my time and it's from going in the kitchen and practicing what I preach. You are helping me just as much if not more.
