Cycle, started yesterday:
Test 340
Primo 204 ;)
Ment 10/ed. Ment will go up to 15/ed if sides are not appearing

Odd numbers but I made my own blend since I want to reduce amount of vials I take on the plane. Put the mix in an older prescription Test C vial. This way I take only 2 vials


Other things:

No AI to start
20mg Nolvadex per week. Read a study on this helping lipids somewhat
Cialis 5mg/day
Candesartan 8mg/day (BP)
HGH 2.4iu am -> This is going to be difficult when travelling once a week. Might end up being 3 weeks on 1 week off
Microdose shrooms 1 on 3 off (100mg)
Moda 100 - I use this on/off depending on how I sleep. Also during quarter ends

Then a bunch of vitamins, minerals yadda yadda

Blood work, done last Thursday, all came back good. Had a big issue with lipids back in April but these are all normal now.

I track everything I can think of in excel/cronometer.

Training is PPLA-off

LISS every morning 20 minutes. In between sets I hop on my treadmill and do 2 mins, rest break.

I am going to start microdosing shrooms. Is that how it works, 1 day on 3 off at 100 mg. I read alot and will be doing things in nature on those days.

Dam man you look great, just saying 1 lbs week you will have to up cals as you grow.

I started MD'ing shrooms following Stamets protocol. This involved more days in a row, I think it was 4 in a row, followed by a few days off. I did that for roughly a month. Now I take my MD about once per week.

It helped me to not become laser focused on shitty things in life. Going down that "doom spiral" and allowed me to get out of my head much, much quicker.

Highly recommended!

Sticking around 3,600 cals for now and see where I am at in a little bit. Weight is holding pretty steady thus far.

First trip for the new job starts on end of the month for 4 days. Found an awesome cooler pack that fits 4 plastic containers. Did some meal prep today and have 8 servings of meat in the freezer ready to go.

43.5% Extra lean beef rinsed/drained
56.5% Extra lean ground turkey
Salsa, Siracha, garlic, chicken broth, low sodium soy sauce and some spices. Very likely going to grab low fat sour cream to dump on this once in the hotel.

These 8 servings are roughly 44g pro and 11g fat each.

56.5% Extra lean ground turkey

Without Rice these are 44g pro and 11g fat.

Will grab pre-cooked rice in a packet (Thanks meso members for suggesting this) and I have some awesome meals ready to go. That plus oats, yogurt, protein, nuts etc and I am golden. I was tripping out a bit on the meal thing so again thanks for tips/tricks.

~Bought a Ninja Creami the other day and holy shit this will be a game changer for when the cut starts~

Weight was 204 this morning. 7 day average is 204.4. Net gain 2.4 in 10 days. I expect this to slow to .8-1 lb per week.

Training is going well, pumps have increased nicely.

BP is holding fairly well at 117/68 this am.

RHR 68 this am.

Fasting BG (30 minutes after waking) today is 4.6

Diet - Having to sub out some oatmeal for cream of rice and/or more potatoes due to getting bloated.

Not changing anything as far as dosages/calories etc. We will revisit this next weekend.
 
Business trip went well. Packed some frozen meat and company had me in a room with a kitchenette. Found a gym and got in my workouts. Man I hate commercial gyms, been training at home for 20 years now.

Weight is 206 this morning. Avg 7 day weight is 204.4. Going to push calories up to 3,700 as I expected to see my weight increasing a bit quicker.

One adjustment to cycle. Pushed the ment up to 15 ED yesterday.

Strength is up nicely across the board. However I do keep my reps at a min of 8 no matter what.

Gear:
Dropped Ment for 2 reasons. Went to 15/ed was obviously getting watery and was running out, so ran it until Sep 30th.

Test is pushed up to 450 and Primo to 300.

Average calories 3.7k and have been eating SHITTY. IE: Lots of protein bars when working as there were times when I was in the middle of nowhere. Quite a few meals with staff. Some were not healthy.

BTW that cooked Jasmine rice COLD is pretty fucking gross.

Working out went well travelling. Have a decent gym at the other main office location, but some of the site locations had fuck all.

Travel will settle as this is a new role and I have visited the site locations now and did the "dog and pony show" with the GMs.

Feeling really great honestly. BP is up slightly 120/72 vs 118/71 (starting BP). RHR is still 61-62.

Questions:

- Have 10mls of Masteron and was thinking about reducing the primo somewhat and making up difference in masteron. Primo is just a ton of oil. Can I sub this 1:1? Or am I stupid

- Weight gain is too fast?

Any other suggestions are welcomed.

Fucking buried in work. Averaging 60-70 hours a week, but truly enjoying it. New gig has tons of areas for improvement. The opportunity to turbo charge this company is immense. It is, and has been, always profitable and with some better financial guidance (FP&A) and we should take off. I smell a massive bonus come the end of the year as I have been outperforming the last two CFOs by a huge margin.

So when I state the hours are brutal, they are flying by and I am really digging it.

Gear:
Dropped Chinese Primo as the PIP was terrible. It was 100mg/ml and was some of the worst PIP I have ever had (I have done winny in my calves back in the 90s to give you a baseline of my PIP tolerance).

Replaced with Pareto Masteron.

Average calories are 3.9k/day now. Protein is pushing into the 325g, as I enjoy it, fats around 100g, and the remainder carbs.

Been trying to get all whole foods while I am not travelling. It is astounding how much food I can shovel and I am always hungry.

Added another 300-400 calories per day.

BP is up 128/75, RHR is 64-66.

Mood swings have started and being aware of them/expecting them really helps to manage. Still difficult sometimes as I get "dark" every second day. Feeling unmotivated, bit depressed, "woe is me" type feeling.

Sex drive is through the roof. Pretty degenerate levels but erection quality is variable.

Raging erection, pounding the old lady, then get soft....keep working on her, bounces back to raging, then I cant orgasm.

I have faked orgasms at least 4 times in the last few weeks. Have also just ended up stopping as the length of time was getting ridiculous. Woman is aware of my supplements but is still upset that she cant "satisfy me".
