Hey guy, I open a feed here about my futur cycle planned, all advice are welcome :)

It will be:
W1-12: 250mg susta
W1-12: 750mg nandro decanoate
W1-4 : 50mg diana ed

My diet will be:

My training is flexible, I do split. So I will not share my training now, but when I will start because I have to change some exercises. I train like Yates, so I have 2 "serious" set for each exercises, one very heavy, and another lighter with 12-20 reps, but very explosive.

My goals is to grow as possible, and gain some strenght on squat deadlift and particularly on bench. My actually bench 1RM is 150 and I really want to lift these fucking 170kg lol or more, who know?? Maybe 180 :D ok let's stay lucid..

I need some time before starting this cycle, first, I don't have all my AAS, I miss 2x deca and dostinex.. And I have to lose fat for a better cycle, I am too fat at the moment. And finally I want to be sure that the gym will not close... So maybe I will wait 6 months lol

That's all, I never used nandrolone before, I precise all my AAS is from pharmacom.
 
Personally, I will limit myself to 600 mg of nandrolone decanoate, I have the "black book "of more than 1,000 pages of Bachmann, banned from sale for a few years, and he says that up to 600 mg its crescendo, mor as. 600mg you saturate and you have more side effects than beneficial. This is just my old school opinion. Good cure

On a p'us l habitude des produits correctement dosée je vaos traduire : We are more used to products correctly dosed like that we bought in pharmacies. We the old ones, 20 or 30 years ago, that's why many today use 600mg, 900mg, even more for trenbolone which is said to be the most potent. Guys are increasingly using high dosages. because the product is frequently in the hyper under dosed section
 
Yes, u can up it later after finishing the dbol, as i explained in meso fr many times, many studies proved that the test increase the availability of aas due to e2 conversion, in the study the concentration of methyltrienone was increased to 300%, that's why the classic 500 test 500 deca and dbol is one of the most effective cycles for bulk
 
There are so many things in your cycle that tells me you are not ready for this, don't know even where to start.First of all from your words, i understand you don't have structured training and diet plan ATM and you are fat.If you going to follow a bodybuilding lifestyle only while using AAS its not going to take you verry far from where you are now. Also this will be your first time using nandrolone and starting with 750 mg deca makes no sense FOR ME. Another thing i don't understand is, how did you calculated your exact calorie and macros before even loosing the weight you have to loose? No offense

Maybe I misspoke, I have a structured training and diet ATM, but I know it works now and I loose fat, so I think I don't need to share it.
And when I say that my training will change, it's due to the fact that the dumbells stop to 40kg (90lbs), so I need to change for example the incline dumbell press for barbell... And I need some time to adapt me to the new exercises. Because with my cycle I will gain some strenght, ATM a 20 reps set with 40kg is ok, but I don't want to play with 30 reps or more you know..

What I shared here will start with my cycle, when I will be ready, so now i'm cutting and then I will go on weight gain. I don't know if it's clear..

The diet may change with time, I don't know how my body will respond to nandro, it's just a start and after I change if it's necessary. I only know that with these macro, I am in surplus of calories.

And I repeat, it's not my finally plan, I will change it with some notice and maybe other things..
 
And when I see my training is flexible, that doesn't mean that my training change everyday, just maybe I will change if I have injuries or I don't know what that imply to change..

Yes I know, I will use a little bit arimidex but not to much, and do 1h cardio 3 times per week or more. BP is heartbeat per minut?
 
Yes, during my last cycle, I needed 1mg ari e2d (mactropin and underdosed) for 500 mg test. So I think start with 1mg ari e2d and do blood test after 14 days, maybe I increase my ari and after the diana, I return on 1mg e2d
