For those who might be interested.


GAC - L-Glutamine - L-Arginine HCL - L-Carnitine


1) Heat Bacteriostatic Water between 150°F to 160°F before adding any powders.

2) Put L-Glutamine, L-Arginine HCL, and L-Carnitine Powder into the beaker.

3) Stir in Magnetic Stirrer until free from clumps and clear, about 15 - 20 minutes.

4) Filter into 30ml vial. (Sterile Syringe Filter PVDF Hydrophilic Filtration 0.22 um Pore Size, 25 mm Membrane Diameter Sterile PVDF Membrane)

5) Store at room temperature.



L-Carnitine - 500mg/mL

L-Arginine HCL - 100mg/mL

L-Glutamine - 35mg/mL



GAC - 635mg/mL - 30mL

15 grams L-Carnitine Powder
3 grams L-Arginine HCL Powder
1 grams L-Glutamine Powder
21 mL Bacteriostatic Water



Powder Combination Displacement: 0.472

Thanks for posting this - following up on it, you’re getting the l-arginine HCl vegan, not the base? Just curious.
 
Just follow the instructions and don't try to brew it hot; everything should go fine.

Would the L-alanyl-L-glutamine work for this mix?


The would we need to add a stabilizer? Or is the stabilizer the BA?

The degradation is overtime at room temp. I only make 25 - 30 days at a time. So, I can't say I have seen any issues. If you plan on making it in large batches and storing it at room temperature, it could become an issue.

So don’t heat it when you are brewing it?
 
If just for gut health, orally is probably the best. Most of it is absorbed in the intestines/gut, and liver. I think 10-20% after that hits systemic but that’s not necessary for the gut health benefits.

Have any more recipes? Maybe a preworkout blend? I tried another recipe here for PW and it was a disaster. Looked like a milkshake
