gap between cycle

how many days of gap should we give after each cycle both bulk and cutting
They say time on = time off so if your cycles 3 months then wait till end of PCT.

Personally I think this is completely friggin ridiculous for many reasons jumping back on after such a short amount of time, id just stay on but thats just my opinion.

been on for two decades now, lifting for 30th year. I'VE HEARD EVERYTHING. (and tried wink). I've never been on less than half a gram, and never more than four grams. My body, considering the same workeout intensity, responds acordingly. Less, you loose, more you gain. Simple. UNFORTUNEATLY! It's like alcohol. A six pack of beer and you're ok the next day, a six pack and a fifth of vodka and it hurts, but kills the mirror. Sides definatly are there during heavy use.

Fortunatly, I do blood work every three months, My doc said my last cbc looked like a 23 year old soccer player. Healthy as a horse, a live healthy horse! At 45 years of age and benh pressing over 400 pounds still (210lbs 7%) and do have great LEGS! I feel fortunate for not believing the past and current "magazine" posers. It's all short term thinking, fortunatley when I started, we knew to stay away from orals, and recently ugl's. Cheers, and don't be a lab rat. If you take too much, you will know. My tolerance is 3.5grams. My sustain amount is 2grams. Please don't flame an old man that just squated, remember sqauts?, 600 lbs.

The mistake i made when i started cycling was i never got my levels tested before my cycle and after pct. I'd highly suggest it.

Hey for example I did 8 weeks of bulking and now I have to start the cutting cycle, how many days I should wait to start the gear for cutting????
Also after my bulking cycle do I need to do PCT???? or just wait for the time you will mention and start the cutting cycle??

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking but you can go straight from a bulking to a cutting cycle without going off AAS. If you are going to wait until starting the cutting cycle then you need some sort of PCT like Nolva and HCG which I would recommend. What cycles do you have planned, etc.?
