Anybody here tried garcinia while on cycle or at all? I was reading that it inhibits a enzyme that the body need to make fat from carbs, but also elevates cortisol

Thx bro, i have a couple buddys that take it and they swear by it, is a father and son, i tried 2 different brands and the first one just gave me a anoying low intensity headache, the other one gave me the headache and make me fart the whole entire day,not a pleasant experience wich is disappointing,i had some hopes on this oneSave your money , hydroxy citric acid is the main ingredient that supports fat burning, you would be better off with ECA stack and clean diet , you never know it might work for you good luck brother

Isnt it one of the basics of nutrition the notion of that after the muscles are full of glycogen whatever else carbs u eat spill over as fat, i notice that on me many times, i fill up w simple carbs , next day i look big ,muscles look full, 2 days later i look like a fat whale, can u pls shed some light on thisYour body won't make fat from carbs without that crap unless in very extreme circumstances.

Your body won't make fat from carbs without that crap unless in very extreme circumstances.

That's a basic tenant of nutrition for rats but not for humans. De novo lipogenesis, turning carbs or other nutrients to fat, happens frequently in rats but rarely in humans. In your case what's likely happening is along with the simple carbs you're taking in drastic increases in sodium as well which is bloating you. You don't gain that much fat in a matter of a few days.

So a good strategy to not get fat while bulking would be eat above your energy expenditure for lets 5 days than one day undereat to drain some of the glycogen in the muscle? What im trying to achive is be the most efficient as possible on this cycle , get the most out of nutrition without getting fat since im already not lean to begin with,maybe even loose a litlle fat if possible wich in the majority of stuff ive read over the yrs and people I've talked say its nearly impossible while on a bulk, im trying 20 min cardio after workout wich 10 min is hiit , seems to be keeping me from getting fatter, but im only 16 days into cycle so not enough to say it worksI eat a lot of all types of carbs personally. It's whatever I'm in the mood for that day. If simple carbs let you work out feeling strong and energized then eat them. Carbs can be stored as glycogen and glycogen hold water but this won't typically cause bloat, only fullness. Salt will make you bloat if your intake has drastic changes though. If you normally eat low sodium but then have a high sodium day or two you'll notice some water retention. If your intake is always high then you won't see anything really.

Water retention in muscle from glycogen and subcutaneously from bloating is not fat. Water is considered lean body mass no matter where you hold it so while you may look bloated as a whale like you mentioned, it doesn't mean you're getting fatter. It's only temporary as bloat goes away in a couple days anyway.
If you're bulking you're going to be adding fat unless you're a noobie in the gym or coming back after some time off. No way around that since to build muscle you need an excess amount of calories but that, at the same time, causes fat gain as well. If you want to minimize your fat gain you can do that by reducing the caloric surplus you eat each day or doing something like calorie cycling where on training days you eat at a higher surplus and off days you eat at maintenance or slightly lower surplus. You should understand though that by doing this you also slow down the rate at which you'll gain muscle as well.
Bulking/cutting is more diet and training dependent rather than drug choice dependent imo.So basically the best thing to get to a lower body fat percentage would be to do a cycle specific for cutting after this bulking cycle? You don't really need to cycle for cutting. I'd blast during a bulk and then just diet intelligently to cut. If you have to run anything while cutting a very low dose cruise should be sufficient.

Yes, but ive never been able to diet and keep looking decent ,always lost lot of size due to been glycogen depleated and prob lost muscle also, thats why im considering different diet and the srugs to go along w itBulking/cutting is more diet and training dependent rather than drug choice dependent imo.
