I seem to be getting some hard core craping on this cycle. its a cycle I have run many times in the past with no cramping. I also seem to take a long time to recover, after a work out it can take up to tree days for the muscle pain to go away. the craping is weired even when I go down on my wife my jaw muscles cramp up,not to mention even typing this is killing my forarms vets some help please.

Well since you're getting some real good ones measure the biggest and let us know. Now craping when you go down on a girl is new to me, how does that work, 69 postion and you just pinch a loaf on her face or what?

The only thing I could tell you is to drink more water, are you using tren?

no not using tren. and that was the first thing that I did then I tryed potacium nothing seems to work

I've been using a combination of potassium and magnesium. I've also found that when I actually took high doses of potassium, that I continued to cramp. Perhaps you may have been taking too much potassium, not sure, just guessing. I'm wondering if too much potassium can cause cramping, just like taking too little.

hmmm well I can say it shouldn't be due to water loss. You should be pretty bloated right now. Are you using creatine? Because it is summer, creatine has been shown to cause severe cramping in athletes that are sweating alot. It causes a imbalance, sodium/potassium pump problems.

the only other thing I can think of it magnessium. most muscle cramps can be related to mag than potassium. I always load on mag when I am in my last week before hitting the stage. Found it very effective.

thanks

thanks bro going to try that

Up your potassium intake. Muscles that are worked hard need more potassium than sodium. I use a shaker of that no-salt stuff (potassium chloride) for my legs. When juicing and doing heavy cardio, I sometimes wake up in the middle of the want to scream when both legs go.

I usually take about two (2), one-half (1/2) teaspoons, after training, 1/2 teaspoon at a time. Chase the salt with milk. Sometime taking that much potasssium will cause a very uncomfortable gas build-up.

So, yeah, mainly it's an electrolyte problem. Try it and see if it works for you.

PEACE BRO.

fuck I wish it was just there I get it every where and its starting to fuck up my work outs

Magnesium and water. Bloat is water more water under the skin, then in the muscle, so it doesn't neccesarily mean you are hydrated. At least a gallon a day. I get cramps when I overdo a workout. Remember, "Stimulate not annihilate."
