Was looking around the forum and couldn’t find the answer so forgive me if it’s already somewhere I couldn’t find. I was wondering how UGL are able to find the ingredients/chemical formulation to make certain peptides and GLP’s prior to them being released for public use? Do the companies release the chemical formulation with their phases of clinical trials and UGL just replicate it? Mainly was just wondering that’s all. Thanks in advance.

Yes. The chemical formulas describing new drugs are disclosed fairly early on. The developers rely on legal, patent protections to prevent counterfeits from being made.

Follow up question. How “easy” is it for a UGL to copy the chemical formulation. For example they see the chemical formulation and then create it. What’s the estimated time (days) it would take to replicate. Obviously, each one would have a different timeline to replicate it but was just wondering the background process of how everything works.

UGLs don't copy the formula. Giant manufactures copy the formula and then sell it. UGLs buy raw chemicals from them and brew it, or make tablets. It's like confusing a baker with the farmer who grew the wheat.
