Definitely care. Infact I think the vials breaking is his main flaw here. Depending on how these outstanding orders go. The focus of the energy should be fixing that exact issue. A pack getting delayed is part of the game sometimes. But vials breaking is a quality issue that needs to be addressed.
Well I’ll give the man some credit. He did send me a new tracker this morning for the Oct 25rh order.

My order from Oct 31 has started showing progress on the tracking. I was given a new tracking number for my Oct 25 order and told that is being reshipped.

I got something showing up on my informed delivery that I don't recognize. It's not the tracking id that GA provided me, but it's coming from a Chinese shipping company. It can't be anything else.. Fingers crossed it arrives whole with no leaks or broken vials.

About the packaging of the the broken vials, as said previous. We are sorry for that and we will of course step up our packaging methods and provide some more wraps and provide better packaging to avoid this in the future.Is oily broken glass on the price list now?
Can you at least provide proper secondary containment (cheap plastic bag of decent guage) so your customers can salvage some of the precious?
