EU orders only!

If you dont get an email about that your order cant be shipped as the service currently isnt good, that means your order is safe to proceed.

it is only for high risk countries that is mentioned that the service isnt at the best and if you want continue you can do, but the order will be without reship policy.

all is ok guys, no worries. some guys get an email back about it and some not as from country to country it is different risks.

I’m in the exact spot.
Tracking was sent October 25 and said label created. It’s not changed at all. I’m curious to what the current status is.

Meanwhile I made a domestic order last Monday and it was received Friday.
all is ok, as mentioned in previous pages we told that there could be an small delay of shipping orders out as the situation in china havent been solved yet.

last weeks orders should update soon.
 
It's new, so your order should be covered
it is not new. not all eu countries is affected, there may be some countries with hgih risk and small risks.

you didnt get any info about your order because it was g2g, but some is not.

only the high risks countries dont get the reship policy, same for canada/australia
 
Buddy you never told me that when I ordered from you. So how does it work? It's temporary?

All the other Chinese sources have EU special lines and they offer reship on any EU package sent that way. Doesn't look to good that you don't have any of these things and don't offer reship policy to EU.

You are not very clear Marcus, that's the issue here.

I'm not saying you ship package without telling the customers before but the whole EU yes EU no at times it's a bit off putting to say the least.

if your order went through and you wasnt informed by it, then means your good to go. there is a few countries on the EU we dont want to ship at the moment due to high risk of seizures and the special lines dont help it either.

My country isn’t a high risk, you said when you emailed me that there is a no reship policy for all EU countries at the moment?
 
guys there is not an specific list of which eu countries that is affected we look from day to day statistics about the shipping rate for EU and look it through like that. if there is high risk we simply not take the chances to ship out, this is out of our respect to our customers as there is no reason to have your order seizured.

i could be ignorant and tell you all good and still accept the money and ship your order, but GA dont work like that.

if the successrate is ok all orders being proceeded.

NZ/CANADA/AUSTRALIA - these countries will probably never change, as we dont offer reship at all for those countries.
