How often should we see a new test for a previously tested batch of whatever? (Honest question. Not a critique) there is possibility for degradation but I would also like to know, relatively, when the batch was created.

You are trusting him he has the same batch and not just using the same COA for other batches

If he really has the same batch I'm happy no need to retest at least if we are talking of a reasonable time 6/8 months? There is a level of minimum trust that needs to be there on these things.

This is absolutely true. I have a family member who is a former narcotics detective and they often make drug busts by looking for people who are more willing to take risks. If you read many news articles regarding steroid busts, they often find other drugs as well. This trend is changing as peds are becoming more accepted in society and less of a fringe thing, but it still applies to people selling on a local level. Just like a traffic cop looks for broken headlights and dents knowing that the odds of a dui is greater than if you have a clean vehicle. They love the low hanging fruit.

Not quite. My first ban was for playing the game back at all the folks who went after me with daily/weekly harassment when I started pushing for additional testing outside of HPLC. I tagged some folks and was officially temp banned for "inciting" conflict. I've never been banned for spamming.

2nd ban was for directly going back and forth with a member who harassed me incessantly for my testing advocacy aka "spamming". Called a female member a bitch @iris and that was enough.
