I can only speak to using a single spike for a maximum of 12 weeks, in a 10ml vial.

The problem as I see it is that the hole created by the spike isn't going to close completely once the spike is removed, and I'm not confident it'll reseal properly around the spike, especially when done repeatedly.

So TLDR, I would use a vial spike on the original vial, transfer the appropriate amount to 4 sterile vials, then use a fresh vial spike for each as they're used.
