Just an FYI bro... I don't know about your neck of the woods, but here where I am, you need ID to open PO box or UPS store box, etc. However, if there's a work-around, it would be appreciated.

The people who work at FedEx are dumber than a bag of dicks. They delivered 1000 rounds of ammo to the wrong address once, and both the shipper and I started a claim. FedEx insisted that since they had proof of delivery, there was nothing they were going to do (never mind that the photo itself was proof that they delivered to the wrong address). They also got their hands on my shipped lower receiver somehow, which was supposed to be delivered with USPS. I had a feeling it wasn’t looking great for team fedex but there was nothing I could do at that point. Sure enough, they delivered to the wrong address. Lowers are illegal to purchase in my state, so I hunted that package down. There’s a special place in hell for that delivery driver.

Since they'd have to know the box contains something illegal for delivering to your home to be a problem, how does sending it to a P.o. box help you?

UPS store open a business account, yes you will have to show your ID but you can also use other names on the account without ID. Or, find a mom and pop mail-drop. With a little bit of social engineering and the gift of gab you can circumvent a lot of rules. Try this, stay at the no-tell-motel 2 cities over for the night, show up to open the mail-drop all sweaty from the gym, us the address of the motel as your address (it kid of is you did spend the night), when asked for ID say "crap all I have is my gym membership but it has a pic on it" give them the membership card you made and cash.
