once you have the tracking number it is shipped, i can not control the update from the postal offices or the couriers. please understand that in december month there have been holiday, black friday , christmas, new year - all these is important to consider and have an affect on the order status for delivery - which is delay, not picked up by usps in time and being returned or gets lost during transit. due to high volume of packages coming in.


you guys should know these basic rules..

same for the upcoming chinese new year, there will be an delay as well due to china closing down for over 10 days, and once back from holiday there is mass of packages need be sorted out and sent out of country.

This should put to rest that lie. I'm tired of being played for a fool, I want either the product I paid for or my money back.

Why is suddenly everyone in here panicking i mean if this was an exit scam why would i proceed with the domestic category ?

i would completely understand it would look like an exit scam if no reship tracks was provided or emails replied, but yet we are here again... lol

WTF,,, im talking about These last reships, NOT your other fuckup in November, WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME? Same shipping company(that magically LOST) these last packages from DECEMBER? Thank you for your Awesome service!!

Your coping an attitude when you've successfully recreated the same exact situation. You expect everyone to shit rainbows? What did you think the response would be? Clearly your doing something wrong and want to blame the holidays, when your the only source with issues like this.
 
I’ve been happy with products when I’ve received them in the past especially when the oils were priced under other vendors prices here but always been annoyed at the shipping and shipping communication. A randomly generated usps tracking that may or may not get fulfilled rather than giving the yun express or whatever Chinese courier is transporting its overseas leaves you waiting 2 weeks hoping for an update then wondering at what point did he drop the ball and never shipped it. Lower prices and better tracking info could easily lure me back for an order though.

Yeah not sure why they would do it twice in a row back to back like this. Pretty much ensures none of those people are coming back
If I had to take a guess, with the fear of shortages, customs crackdowns and regulation changes they know a promo will get people to order large quantities. They also know, unless said people are resellers, they wont need to order for a long time so who gives a fuck if they don't come back.
