Dbol is a bulking substance. to bulk you NEED a calorie surplus. Why do you think Lance Armstrong looks different than Arnold did? They both used tons of steroids. 330mg actually. Guys don't get me wrong I do get what your trying to tell me! And based on your advice I will run a less conservative cycle next time from beginning to end with test. That doesn't change the fact this batch of dbol is bad. I'm not the only one who ran it and complained about it. I'm not the only one who recently complained about GS. Even on this board. That's what I'm trying to focus here. If I were to finish this "cycle" I could be seriously jeopardizing my health with this ug shit. I just love myself too much.

And yes that's right nutrition doesn't build muscle so why don't you go back to school and revalidate your major in whatever the fuck you wasted your time studying. I've trained before under very high calorie diets and all I've ever gained was fat and bloat. So go speak up for x number of calories a day, protein shakes and creatine monohydrate elsewhere, because all serious bodybuilders I know, don't swear by nutrition.
