Im stoked to see @Btcowboy setup, I havent seen these pics.

People who have lesser setups that doesn't mean you wont win. Part of the reason I am doing this is because we have all been forced into training at home or not training at all. I have been struggling and overpaying for pieces. So that being said I will definitely take creativity, imagination, or a good story on the fight you got to get your equipment during these times as consideration to you winning!

Before the rack and oly bar arrived, I was benching with an SSB, deadlifting off the floor to my knees, sitting on bench, kicking it up and back like dumbells. Benching watching that I didnt get impaled by handles lol....

Cheap 1/2 for the subfloor. Then 3/4 inch sanded one side for the top piece.

If I remember it was under 300 for all material, including stall mats.

I used Behr stain with sealer 2 coats, no slip at all.

I don't want to be in the competition, it wouldn't be fair since it was started in 2017, but seeing other home gyms is always motivating!

I was already immune to The Covid Shit Show!!

Honestly, I managed to build that in about less than 1 week after the gyms were closed. I enjoy working out at home now. Will eventually get some better equipment in the following years

I'm too lazy to go downstairs and take a picture with my gear this late but I'll throw up another one tomorrow with some Genetec products.....Finally got my rack and starting building out my gym this past week the only thing I owned before covid was those pushup bars, left the stamp on my pics so you can see what it looked like Tuesday vs when I finished on Friday. Still have a bunch of shit on order, and some custom glass being cut, arnold pic to go up....anyway always dreamt of having a home gym and covid forced my hand, the iron has been my sanctuary for 25 years!....cheers.
