Geneticly Gifted Muscles

Some of us are blessed with the full package while others have muscles that grow like leaves while others have to be trained twice as hard to flourish.

My back, traps and calves are my strong points. They grow with minimal effort. I hardly work my calves at all and theyre huge.

My weak point has to be my arms. I have to pound them into oblivion to get any type of growth.

What are your "lucky" or "unlucky" muscle groups?

Or are you pretty much stacked top to bottom? (If so, I hate you)

I know my "problem" areas are traps, delts, and calves. I train them twice as hard to get half the results.
Same here. Back is always strong as an ox, Calves always ripped. And traps look like I do them every day. if only everything else was the same

I'm arm, back, and quad dominant. Calves and chest are fine too.

Fucking delts and glutes are terrible though. Takes a lot of work to move them. Traps used to be a weak point. I get good growth out of them now, but they're still long and low in shape, and probably always will be. Looking great from the rear now though, they're getting thick.

I'm mad jealous of the cantaloupe shoulders too. Feel like my tris dwarf my medial and posterior delts. Always a work in progress though, keep on truckin'.

I feel as if it's my legs.. I smash them man.. Smash them... My chest I can say is great.. Bis and tris seem to be catching (I found my rythtym there) my back is just stacked... Delts are solid... Just my legs... Fine tuning needed on them.

Bi's Tri's back calves and chest are my easy growers. Traps, delts and hammies have to take an extra punishment. Fuck you guys with cantaloupe shoulders.
My shoulders, chest and bis are my weak spot, but tris can grow easy.

Legs are another story...crappo, but still trying despite blowing both knees out in a football game as a teen.

I'd say chest back and delts are my good points.
I can go months without training delts directly and maintain size and strength in them

My genetic gifts were my traps, bi/tris if I work them at all they grow but I never work em, glutes hammies and outer quads. My weak points are defiantly forearm size (strengths good but I want my forearms to be the same size as my bis and tris 16" all around and my inner quad doesn't seem to grow very well. I wouldn't mind rear delts coming up fast but again I never hit them so can't complain.

I feel like I put muscle on fairly easy, will be easier to tell when I get to lower bodyfat. I feel like my only problem areas are rear delts. Overall though putting on muscle is a walk in the park, losing fat is my issue.

My arms have always been big. I was 6'2 180lbs in high school and my arms were 17.5 inches(I did a lot of chin ups). At 32yrs old, I weighed 235 and had 20.5 inch arms. This was before touching aas.

My dominant parts are bi's, tri's, an shoulders. My weakest area would have to be chest. Grow motherfucker would ya....please lol.

My traps blew up the first month I did bench exercises... I now don't work them out at all because before it came to the point it looked so abnormally big for my size.
