Hello Guys,

I started with steroids on november 2015 with 250mg Test E e6d. I raised the dose on April 2016 to 2x250mg Test E/W. Then I did from september to the end of october a little break and was off steroids. In future I will blast and cruise.

My goal is to compete next year on the german classic physique division as a junior. I've already competed in october 2015 withouth steroids and looked like shit... next time it will be different :)

I'm on again since 24.10.2016 and want to run Test e 600mg/w and Deca 450mg/w.

On my last cycle I looked:

86kg on 180cm

Now I look:

85kg on 180cm

My biggest weak point are my arms. I want to bring size on them.^


My workout routine is:
Arms
Legs
Shoulders
X
Chest
Back
X

From time to time I will post new pictures and maybe logs of my workouts and my nutrition.
 
I want to start with orals on january. I have 100x 10mg Tbol at home and I will order some Dbol. I think I will run 40mg Tbol ed (25days) and then afterwards 30mg Dbol ed for 30 days.

Is that a good idea or should I do a brake between Tbol and Dbol and take Dbol for a longer period? Or maybe should I first take some Dbol and then Tbol?

FYI: Tbol was a gift, I didn't ordered that especially.
 
Today I started with Oral Turinabol from Pharmacom . 40mg ed for 25 days.
January I want to start with Dbols. 4 weeks on 4 weeks off with 30mg ed.
 
In the last time I read often about low test high Deca (or high Tren but not interesting for me). In Germany that's not so popular. The people here advise 1,5:1 Test to Deca ratio because of Deca dick etc.

Maybe I will give it a chance and lower my Test and up my Deca (and orals).
 
Today I got my sixt Shot. I'm in week 3 of my cycle now and I feel really horny all day long. I think I will do a bloodwork in 2 weeks.

A couple days before I started my cycle, I started with a little diet (rapid fat loss by Lyle Mcdonald) and lost about 2,5kg in 2 weeks. After refeeds my weight was at 84kg with a better form than the 85kg picture in my start post.

On 07.11. I raised my calories to maintenance (4000kcal) and I gained 3kg in 10 days, I'm on 87kg now with a better form than the 85kg pic :eek:

That's a lot of water weight, but for me this is a sign, that the gear is working :)

FYI: in may I was on 5.000kcal to gain 1kg per month.

Thank you man! My weight ist going up day for day, although I'm on maintenance calories. I'm 88kg right now.

The most time I worked out on (Hammerstrength) machines or with dumbbells. I changed my workout routine last week (Push/Pull/Legs - heavy compound - 5-6x per Week).

Benchpress: 110kg 7x
OHP: 65kg 8x
Dumbbell Row 55kg 7x
Legpress 475kg 8x
Frontsquats (after Legpress) 110kg 6x

I'm excited how my lifts will look like in a couple weeks/months when the Deca kicks in.
