And into the training section! I know there have been numerous posts about this, but I thought I'd give everyone a refresher.
I log onto Meso every single day, sometimes 3-4 times a day, and every time I look, there are only like 2-3 ppl in the training section and between 20-40 in the classifieds, and 20+ in the anabolics section. This is completely unbelievable!
Bros, we've got some of what I consider to be the brightest minds in the world of training, and nobody takes advantage of it. I mean, we've got Gavin, AnimalMass, Phreezer, Freddy, Hogg, Bob Smith, heck, we've even got Bryan Haycock. These guys are giving out training advice for free, and if they don't know something, one of them knows someone who does. With this kind of access to training and nutritional advice, why aren't more of you taking advantage of it. You can't tell me that your training couldn't use a little more help. Or that you've got your diet down to a tee. That's absurd! I know most of you are more interested right now in the pharmacology department, and yeah, if you're on the bean, that's important. Just don't forget that if your training and diet aren't where they should be, you ain't gonna gain squat! And come on, lets be honest here, most that are on the bean, aren't on year round. That means you gotta come off, and that means you can't train like you were, and that means you've gotta do something different, Hence, the TRAINING SECTION!
So OK, I know you can do this. Here, I'll guide you. Take your mouse, and put that little arrow on your screen on the Back arrow and then click. Go to the top of the page and click on "Home". Now you're on the main Meso page. Scroll down until you see the,,, Right! The "Training Section". Now click on it. Great! You've done it! You're there. You now have access to some great advice. USE IT! You'll only be that much farther ahead of the game.
