they have good service, but i got a fina kit from them, the filter they send was not a whatman, and it sucked a fat one. it took me about an hour and a half to filter 20ml. ended up poking a big hole in the sterile vial b/c i had to push down so hard and it slipped, so i had to put in in the non sterile rubber stopper top vial
