What's up guys? Was gonna start this when my package arrives, but decided to get it up and going now. Looking to keep myself accountable with diet, etc. to get the most out of this run.

I'll be posting my complete diet every day, to be critiqued, and my complete workout every day. I'll also be posting progress pictures the entire run, starting today.

These are my starting pictures. Sitting at 255 right now, at 5'11"

My lifts are as follows:

Bench: 205 x3
Squat: 355 x 3x3.. haven't gone higher
Deadlift: 415 x2

my Goals right now for the end of the run are to hit 225 for reps, 4 plates on squat and 5 plates for DL.

I'd like to get down to around 18% BF, around 220ish. and keep working down from there.

I'm debating right now between a Powerlifting routine or @weighted chinup s DUP routine when the run starts. Doing a mixture right now of a powerbuilding routine.

what I'll be running:

600 Test C /wk
400 Tren E /wk

Letro and Dex on hand. Not sure if I'll need letro at these dosages, but better safe than sorry.
 
Also, i realize I'm jumping in the deep end with the tren. I'm completely ok with that. go big.

Im in. Shouldve put this in the cycle forum though.

As far as routines, I really like WCs. If I didnt have a meet coming up I would try it out.

@Perrin Aybara also posted a good DUP program in the powerlifting thread.

I must have missed Perrin's. I'll look over that as well. I've still got a wk or 2 to iron out the details.

You're right on the verge of that squat goal, I bet you hit that right away.

it's kinda funny, squat is my best lift (I feel), but it's also the one I'm most cautious with. I know I can hit higher than 355, but it's kinda intimidating. Not exactly sure why.

I workout at my local Y, and nobody there is putting any sort of weight on squats. even with just 3 plates I'm getting looks, haha
 
Felt absolutely drained today. daughter was up all night teething. No fun. Still got in the gym, but took it easy since I'm nursing my elbow right now. deloading this week and just focusing on strict form until my cycle starts

My workout today:

OHP - 105lb 4x8

Flat DB Press - 60lb ea 4x10 and repped out 14 on last set

Tricep PD - 80lb 5x15

scratched dips off.. can't do those at the moment. pretty difficult to do cable x overs or most chest movements as well. my right arm starts shaking.

hit cardio for 30 minutes. stair stepper.


not much for a workout today... will get more intense again here soon. feels pathetic haha

will post my meals tonight
 
Better to get used to the kids and how to schedule workouts from the beginning. I just quit going altogether and told myself I didn't have time. A lie and poor excuse is all it was. Boy do I regret it now. Props to pushing through and even doing light work.
I remember the teething part, and I've tried to block it from memory lol.

haha, thanks bro. The gym is the only thing keeping me partially sane at the moment. I look forward to it every day. except days like today, lol.

Nobody knows 100% why it works, thats better suited for scientists to figure out. The thing that is important is THAT it works lol.
 
lol. I need them for heavy DLs. my left hand is weak from being broken multiple times. it's getting stronger though. I couldn't lift 2 plates without at least a strap on the left, last year. i can rep 3 raw now. need them for anything more. ..for now.

Good reason. I'll let it slide...for now.

Imo you should run adex from the start...1/2mg EOD. Make sure you get blood work done mid cycle, so you know where you're at.
