Getting Back to It

Greetings, Meso.

I’m an Army serviceman who used to be in great shape for my frame, but got out of good habits and into bad ones. Going full bore to get back to my 2011 physique, if not better. I’m 5’11”, 160lbs, and once got myself to 190 by doing GOMAD and following the routine in the book Super Squats, plus a few other lifts.

I found this place while doing research on SARMs as a potential aide to bulk back up. Well, after reading here, all I can say is you guys saved me a lot of money and grief. So, thanks for that.

I’m not a competitor or a rep. I just want to have the strength and energy I used to, and who knows... Maybe I find some stuff here that helps me get there faster.

Any recommendations on where the noobs should read first?

Just realized the question at the bottom of my introduction is somewhat stupid and vague, as there are a lot of resources out there and everyone’s goals can be different.

I like it! And he likes to do his own research? Hes a keeper!
Stay out of the underground. Lots of info in the subforums. Participate daily and let it sink in naturally. Then when its time to order itll be easy to find and youll know what your dealing with. Gear aint going anywhere.

Thanks, gr8whitetrukker.

Yeah, I'm in no rush for gear. I may try it one day, but I know it comes with a lot of attendant risks that have to be managed. SARMs sounded like they provided many of the benefits with few of the risks, but you know what they say, "If it sounds too good to be true..."

I'm guessing that most of the guys and gals here on gear have pretty much already pushed themselves to the limits of their natural human potential before getting on gear. I definitely haven't, so for me, the juice isn't yet worth the squeeze.
