Getting filtered brew from the Media Storage Bottle into a pre-sterilized vial?

I am wondering how do folks get their filtered brew out of the Glass Round Media Storage Bottles with GL45 Screw Cap into a pre-sterilized vial without breaking sterilization after you run it through the bottle filter?

Here’s a few ways I can think of…

1) Do it under a laminar flow hood. Or…

2) Make sure your GL45 has a septum on it and draw from the septum, then inject into the sterile vial. Or…

3) Draw from the GL45 in the cleanest environment you have wearing a mask and inject into the sterile vial through a 0.22um sterile syringe filter.

So after the oil has been filtered do you quickly unscrew the filter from the GL45 bottle and place the septum on it to minimize air exposure time as much as possible?

Ideally you want to do this under a flow hood or in a still air box, otherwise you want to do this as quickly as possible in the cleanest of environments with no air movement while taking the usual precautions (sterile gloves, mask, cleanliness, alcohol wipes ready incase you need them, etc).
