Stats: 85kg - 181cm, 16% BF.
Squat: 140kg for some reps. Bench Press: 120kgx5
Weighted clean pull ups (to the chest): pumping back with 30kg weighted.
40kg dumbells for shoulders press.
T Rows 100kg + bar.
Natural test: Varies from 716 to 1080 ng/dl.
Steady at 700s, goes up frequently to 1000 because of heavy squats, women, or fatty meals.
Last pin of roids: mid April 2019


Cycle:

1-10: 500 mg Test Cyp (thinking abt front load of this the first week)
1-10: 400 mg Masteron Enanthate
6-10: 30mg ED Anavar
3-10: HCG: 250ui x 2 weekly

15-18: 20mg Nolva + 50mg Clomid ED

Carbs just one meal per day (will put them down progressively): about 100gr of rice or so. 3g/kg protein, high fats (Fatty meat, whole eggs, cheese). Best moment of the day for carbs? I thought abt in the night, when everything is already over.

Training: heavy ass weights about 4 days per week + jogging on the beach + Yoga classes. Intended to be very high daily activity.

Suplements: just pure Isolated protein no flavour, no shit.

Opinions? My apologies for my previous behavior, I have a long historial of psychedelics trips, my mind goes too intense sometimes. Zyzz forever in the heart bros.

Dude after 3 sets of heavy (but real heavy) deep fuck squats, I feel my libido INSTANTLY going up. Once I tried blood test (naturally) after days of heavy squats, fatty meat,a bunch of eggs and nice sleep. I did 1080, when I always get between 716-750 in previous tests.

I've got what I deserve, a life, a family, etc. I was joking about the bull testicles. I dont understand what you see in Zyzz though, it escapes me. I also just dont believe about your bloodwork before/after squatting, seeing a fat girl or sucking a cock. Tell us more.:)
 
Here is an objective opinion long esters won't do a whole lot until after 6 weeks so I don't think they're well-suited to a 8 or 10 week cycle....
 
100g of rice contains approx 34g of carbs. Even cutting that seems too little. In order for protein synthesis to occur to you need 3 things. Protein, water and fuel (glycogen). At 34g it seems you are selling yourself way short. Anavar is incredible for nutrient partitioning but you will still not have enough "fuel" to drop fat while building even small amounts of muscle. Also var for only 4 weeks. That is smart. This is just anecdotal opinion and take it for what it is.

Also I don't consider bath salts psychedelics

I believe you made a mistake, I’m pretty sure 100 grams of rice has around 80 grams of carbs
