Carbs just one meal per day (will put them down progressively): about 100gr of rice or so. 3g/kg protein, high fats (Fatty meat, whole eggs, cheese). Best moment of the day for carbs? I thought abt in the night, when everything is already over.
Training: heavy ass weights about 4 days per week + jogging on the beach + Yoga classes. Intended to be very high daily activity.
