Getting in shape?

Hello!

So i want some critique on my current program, i work out 3 days a week, and workout to stay healthy and keep my body in shape, not muscles and such :)

2 days a week i run 3.3 km in 12 minutes, and the last day i bike 4-10 km.

Split squat 3x15 reps

Dips 3x15 reps

Bodyweight row 3 x 5-15 reps

Burpees max in 5 minutes

Situps 3 x 15

Forearm and rotator cuff exercise 3 x 10 reps

Sometimes i change row and dips to pushups and pullups, and throw in deadlift. Situps is from time to time changed with plank.

Thank you :) Im 22 years old and 183 cm, hope i can keep in shape to the day i die, with this kind of routine.

I would think just knocking out the same thing over and over would have you stalling out pretty quick. There's no stimulus pushing you to adapt to...well, anything.

So eventually shitty diet or drop off in natural test will probably see you backslide.

But I dunno.

I've never done a cruising routine without a specific focus. All bodybodyweight I assume?

Meh.

I know a few peeps that workout like this. It’s great for maintaining and staying healthy. These guys also look exactly the same as they did 3 years ago. Yeah there endurance is better then mine. But they are stuck lifting relatively the same weight all the time. If you didn’t see them do it you wouldn’t even think they lifted.

Wouldn't a more appropriate question be something like...

Why are you asking for a critique of a calisthenics program on a site built around BB, PL, SM, and AAS?

It does seem an odd choice.

I was thinking the same:

"Wait, you don't want to build a lot of muscle?"
