Getting into gear after back surgery

So I've been slowly recovering after the hernia surgery and now it's time to reintroduce some gear into my life, I was thinking about getting on cyp 500\w and some dbol to get myself back on track.
Some peeps in my circle also recommended trying deca instead of dbol, but to be honest in my long life I haven't tried deca even once in fear of deca dick lol
Either way, what do you guys think would be the best addition to cyp after a long pause?

Hi there, bro'
I also had a L5-S1 herniated disc surgery...9 years ago...
....what I can recommend, first thing is to try an lose some weight, that's the most important thing right now.

I thought the same thing and asked my spine specialist. They say I hold my body weight very well and it wouldent really matter. And I'm 240.
I have a herniated disc also.

It's more important to slowly strengthen all those muscles supporting your spine.

Imo you need a slight surplus to heal at least lots of protien "building blocks"

Thanks man, even tho I lost the mass, I didn't gain much fat at all
Must be due to body comp... either way thanks for the input I'll be working on my back in the coming months for sure

The way I see it: the less pressure you have on the discs...less chances to get them herniated or the hernia would less affect the spinal nerves.
The problem is that fat weights less than muscle so loosing fat doesn't seem to be that much of a relief...
In my case before the surgery, one of the issue was that somehow my discs were dehydrated ... I couldn't find any explanation for that...but after the surgery, for a few years, I could noticed every kg/lbs that I put on.
I also found that there is a way to mask the back pain until it heals all the way. Radiofrequency ablation for back pain

Deca is great for lubing up the joints. I have never had deca dick but I also never ran more than 300mg of deca. Hgh is also a great compound for recovering from surgery.

I'm not the most experienced guy here but I could see Test low deca and hgh being a great combo. I have ran deca at 125-300mg for 16 weeks with 0 dick issues. I used deca for my bad knee well cutting weight and it worked wonders.

aw man, I guess it won't just go away in a few months as I subconciously expected
tho I understand that anything about back in general is never resolved on a short notice...

On short term...the ablation seems to be the best solution....it's a long term anesthesia.
You get 2 years of pain free....
....it seems that it take around 4 years to fully recover after surgery....
