Ive been committed to a rice diet. Not that i LOVE rice. But it digests better and keeps me way way less bloated. So far so good. Usually rice 4x a day.

You said you do 5200 cals? That really isnt that much.

That's while cruising on 300mg of test bro.. I can maintain easy on that.. On cycle I'll be ramping up by 1000.. If not more. And yea rice is good bro.. Digests better than pasta and shit. My digestive systems been all fucked up since using tren ace

Im finding interesting ways to eat rice without actually trying to enjoy it. Its fucking rice. And im hungry as hell 2 hrs later. Win win

Lol exactly. Ya gotta eat a shit load then the bloat fucked ya for ya next inevitable meal couple hours later. Rice is like ya said, ya can pile it down then come next meal appetite is back again bro. No lose situation

You will have to show these guys how to do a boil up bro with pork bones. That shit is lethal. I grew up on eating boil ups and and a hangi every birthday. Kiwis know how to up the calorie count very easily.

Hey Bros. Well 8 weeks ago I finished a blast and made some fuckn good gains.. Planned 10 weeks off till my next but come on.. I'm impatient lol so starting my new one now

1000 eq
1000 npp
60-100mg dbol (first 30 days)
Possibly some slin

Front loaded 2500mg test e yesterday with 60 mg dbol and I'll start pinning the whole cycle tomorrow.
Cycle length is 16-20 weeks
Starting weight 281

Let's get this shit done
