My shoulder genetics suck mate.. If I don't train them they literally won't grow bro.. My whole family are narrow ppl so I gotta beat the fuck outta them

Never asked what program your using
Sounds like the typical bodypart a day 6 day a week split
Yea bro 1 body part per train, I've tried the whole chest and tris, and back and bi's thing but once I was done with one muscle I was to fucked to put enough effort into the other

Sometimes bro.. Off cycle I'll do the whole 2 muscle group workouts.. But 1 body part per train works well.. Although I do usually do hams with shoulders and quads with forearms and traps

I'm in sounds like a badass cycle. Maybe I'll learn something about New Zealanders. As of now all I know is that they can legally make moonshine, love guns as much or more than my home state, have like every big game animal from around the world and they got HOBBITS. Wonder what Bilbo would look like on juice?

Gonna be a lil slow updating today ppl as the Mrs and I are going outta town.. I'll find me a gym along the way and hit arms and update

Ok I'm in brother.140lbs dumbell press.Thats sick. How the fuck do you kick them up?I would go heavier than the 100's but it feels like anything heavier than that I'm gonna tear something.
Keep it up bro

Yep thats me right thier. By the time im done with chest from benching or back from deadlifts, its all I can do to finish out the rest of the session on chest or back, let alone involve a whole other group in the mix as well. 1 body part per day is where it's at for me. Thata way I can foucus more on destroying one body part at a time. Others may be able to do chest/arms, back/shoulders, ect an more power to em if they can..... but thats not how Skull gets down lol.
