Hi everyone. I have never been on a cycle before but I am considering it because I want to compete in the future. I am 45 female. I had some androgel several years ago but it made me break out so I quit it and wasn't motivated to work out during that time anyway. I am now and very focused to accomplish my goals and I am ready to take my bod to the next level.
Honestly, I am totally lost as what to do and how to get started. lol. Sorry for my ignorance but I don't know anyone with experience in my town. I am wondering first...Am I too old to get on a cycle? I don't feel old and I work hard in they gym but I can't seem to shed fat even though I have adjusted my diet many times. And muscle growth is slow. I am 5'6" at 133 lbs. I am on a 4 day split upper body lower body. I rarely do long sessions of cardio and prefer to do sprint intervals if I can on my days off from lifting. I take in 2200 cal/day but have cut carbs lately especially on days off from weights to see if this fat goes away. Protein is around 130-150g. I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks daily.
I gain weight up top and rarely gain fat in my legs. Is that a mesomorph? I can't remember. lol. I used to be able to lose fat easily but shit, nowadays it's hanging on for dear life!
Anyway, I want be become informed because I am going to do this either way...just want to know before I proceed. Thanks for any help.
