Gh do's and don't?

High lol around 450g minimum usually closer to 500 or 600. Def had swelling. But ct is just agrivated and symptoms increase much more rapidly with gh. Since stopping some issues have gotten better but the effect of it happening is still there. I have probably permenant numb fingers on my right hand now. Masterbating is like getting a handy from hellen Keller after a hand soak in benzocaine.
Whats your carb intake at per day? What % of your caloric consumption dies it constitute?

In my exoperiences GH withhogh carbs is bloat/swelling to the max. I bulk with hogh carbs and when ive used GH with high carbs i get more sides particularly tightness in my hands and wrists, swelling, etc. Verse when i use it with lowerr carbs.

I should note this may just be an overall caloric surplus thing, but since modifying carb intake is how i control the size of my surplus i pass the blame to carbs.
 
Took about 2 to 3 weeks. Since I have stopped the CT still can peak bad but has not continued to worsen like it was on the gh and In general when ct sets on it alleviates faster off gh. My right hand can go completely numb after like 2 to 3 reps of bench at any weight. Left is more sporadic and usually manifest as pain down the brachialis to the thumb and my fingers will lock in an "action figure grip fist" for a while unless I massage and work the areas. If i had a different occupation I'm sure it may have never manifested but I got lucky lol
I quickly went from nearly pushing 305 for reps to being unable to push much more than 245 just cause when my hand goes numb I can't controll bar roll easily and do not need to have weight slip out of my hands no one needs that.
That's a significant hindrance. It'll almost certainly go away; the edema & arthralgia, even short-term bony overgrowth & osteoarthritis, that rhGH can induce, is reversible.
