You take your hGH pre-bed ?Im on 10iu and sleeping like shit. Wake up at least 5-6 times a night. Maybe its too much? Anyone ever played around with dose to see what gives the best sleep?
10iu is a pretty big hit. Waking up 5-6 times fits classic GH stuff: cortisol/adrenaline spikes, possible night glucose swings (CGM or a glucometer tells the truth), plus water retention making snoring or mild apnea worse. Basically your body is partying while you’re trying to sleep. I’d lower the peak by splitting it into 5iu in the morning and 5iu later, or just move it all to the morning and see if sleep stops getting wrecked.Im on 10iu and sleeping like shit.
