Guys I need help I've started taking Gh and Insulin, and I'm getting fat fast. Here's what I'm doing; 1.5iu's GH and 6 units Insulin"Humalog" Once in morning 7:30am and Postworkout 7:30pm. I'm taking cell tech after my shots because it has 75 grams simple carbs. I also have on hand dextrose, when I run out of cell tech I will use 10grams of dextrose per 1 unit insulin. My diet is very percise. No fat intake 2 hours before my shot or 2 hours after. Also I am on a decreased calorie diet. My goal is to stay lean while adding quality mass. I've been on 4 days on and I'm getting fat fast!!! Please help!!!
One more question I'm taking my shot in lower waist, where are other sites for injection?

bro I used humalog once, did only 6g of dextrose per IU, and did 5IU only once per day, right after my workout. I did 30 grams of dextrose and 60 grams of whey, 10 minutes after my shot. Then, one hour later, I would have another 60 grams of whey, and a 4 oz. baked potato. And finally, one and a half hours after that, I would have 8 oz. of fish (pollock) and 2 cups of veggies, and a 6 oz baked potato. I ran it with an OTC 1-test product for 4 weeks and gained 7 lbs. from it, bodyfat dropped a bit too. I probably could have gained more if I would have used more slin and ate more carbs, but if u want to stay lean, or find that u r gettting fat, perhaps u should try a lower intake of carbs. Just monitor urself and if u start to feel dizzy or light headed or extrememly hungry eat some more carbs, because then obviously 6grams per IU isnt enough for your body. Also, I used to pinch some skin on my mid thigh, and inject the slin right there, because it seemed to me like the stomach injections made me store fat there (maybe it was just my imagination) hope this helps

You're taking in too many simple carbs intially as was mentioned. Humalog (subQ) is going to maintain activity for roughly 4.5 hours. During that period of activity, fats should be nonexistent, and carbs should be very limited (but don't take this the wrong way). Too many carbs= fat....too few carbs= hypo. You have to find the perfect amount for you. You should be measuring your blood glucose levels at various time points, so you can better calculate what carb intake is best for you. Your own inherent insulin sensitivity is going to be the primary determinant in deciding your dextrose:Humalog ratio, and nobody can predict that ratio....all they can do is tell you what worked for them. I can say that you're taking in >10g/IU, which is usually high....plus you're gaining fat, which is an obvious indicator. if you're new to GH, keep in mind that you'll likely experience some water retention initially too.

Einstein, how long will the water retention last? And will any OTC products help?
The water retention should be pretty minimal, but lowering sodium intake and drinking plenty of water is always good. Dandelion root extract can help some. It's not estrogen-mediated, so don't abuse AIs or SERMs for this reason..

I'm having a similar water problem. I'm running 3iu Jintropin a.m., and 3iu Jintropin p.m. M-F. This is my first time using GH, and I'm really not liking the water. Would small doses of Aldactone, or Diazide help?

To honestly answer the question, yes, aldactone (or any diuretic) will reduce the water retention, but I wouldn't advise it. the water retention seems to subside with time on its own.
