GH water bloat

So I started my GH at 3iu and had minimal issues after 2 weeks. Taking all before bed with low BG level. Jumped to 6iu took it 3 days a blew up like a water balloon. Definitely gonna be moving back to that 2-3iu range and staying there for a bit. Shins are holding a ton. Jumped up nearly 12 pounds in that 3 days. E2 is well under control on this cycle but I’m new to GH so it’s the only new variable. I’ve stoped the GH completely for 2 days now and have dropped 2 pounds but still have some pretty significant edema in shins and puffy hands and feet. Was going to try an OTC dietetic to get the water out a bit faster. Anybody here do that or is it not recommended? Thanks for any and all insight.

You could do an OTC diuretic if your kidneys are good and your BP is good. Shins holding that much water on GH is not normal IMO. Are you chunky? I’ve never hand my shins get any edema. My hands yes, feet some yes but never my shins. That’s like heart failure type stuff saw that with a relative of mine.

What do your labs say?

No im probably 13-15% bf right now mid bulk. Last labs looked great but that was last week before the jump to 6iu. BP is solid at 115/64 when I checked a few days ago. All bio markers a good with kidneys and such.

Do you have actual edema in your shins where you press and can leave an indent?
Yes. It’s true pitting edema. The only other time I had this is when my e2 got high. But I was holding water everywhere. Recent labs pulled last week e2 is at 29 so all good there. This GH water seems to be lower extremities and hands

Everything I’ve read online says even therapeutic doses of HGH can cause this. My lipids are better than most nattys and my Apob is 52. Not worried about my heart in the least. Just simple water and sodium retention from the GH.

Everything you've read says gh causes pitting edema? No

Not only GH. But yes, GH can cause pitting edema especially early on. Don’t believe me? Google is free.
Bro you got guys experienced in years of GH use telling you the opposite of it’s normal. I’ve don’t GH for years never ever had this issue. Check your heart and stfu

Google is FREE?! I had no idea! Another tiktok expert that used Google and chatgpt. Pitting edema is not normal on 6 IU. Go see a doctor.
Guy is a clown why do we even try to help these people man? Like I really am getting to be just done. This forum has become lil boy haven

What could be wrong with my heart. What should I get checked? BP is normal. HR is normal. Lipids are normal. Hematocrit is normal. Didn’t have this until I went to 6iu GH this week. So you’re telling me, there is no way that the GH is causing said issue? Not everyone will react the same way to a compound. But if your telling me this isn’t normal but everythwere else tells me it is, then who do I believe?

I would be more inclined to belive it’s a kidney issue but my labs do reflect any issues there either.
