GH water bloat

gh will cause you to retain sodium which in turn causes water retention. You can try lowering your sodium intake until your body starts to adapt
Prefer to drink even more water and not stop taking sodium potassium. The bloat will clear off in a few days/ a week.

Everything I’ve read online says even therapeutic doses of HGH can cause this. My lipids are better than most nattys and my Apob is 52. Not worried about my heart in the least. Just simple water and sodium retention from the GH.
Apob 52?? I am 52 yo and my apo b is 17 , you need to go see a dr or change your entire mode of thinking. Jeezus fn Christ , this screams of complete Idiotic nonsense,

So I started my GH at 3iu and had minimal issues after 2 weeks. Taking all before bed with low BG level. Jumped to 6iu took it 3 days a blew up like a water balloon. Definitely gonna be moving back to that 2-3iu range and staying there for a bit. Shins are holding a ton. Jumped up nearly 12 pounds in that 3 days. E2 is well under control on this cycle but I’m new to GH so it’s the only new variable. I’ve stoped the GH completely for 2 days now and have dropped 2 pounds but still have some pretty significant edema in shins and puffy hands and feet. Was going to try an OTC dietetic to get the water out a bit faster. Anybody here do that or is it not recommended? Thanks for any and all insight.
Something as simple as Dandelion root, up to taking a GLP1 and/or an SGLT2 inhibitor, like jardiance will work. Reseach how to mitigate sides. I take from .5 - 3 mg of Reta (depending), divided into 2 shots/week. And at night, I take 5mg of Jardiance, before or after my GH shot.

ApoB under 70 is typically the target although yeah lower is probably better in this context (not like some disease states which artificially lower it)
