My serum IGF-1 levels are higher when my E2 is higher, up to a point. I have bloodwork that shows this quite consistently, across multiple GH sources.
I'm obviously not able to control for every factor, so it's correlation at best, and doesn't even begin to account for all the other factors discussed here in regards to IGF-1 and actually building muscle.
Combined with the protective benefits of estrogen, lack of experience sides in the 50-70 range, no gyno, etc., I like to keep mine around that range.
