GHRP-6: tolerance and tendon pain

Background story:
I have been dealing with tendinosis on multiple body parts for 3-6 months - my foot, elbow (triceps, not the tennis/golfer elbow), hip flexors... I had elbow issues before but never that severe, and this time it didn't come with heavy weights but on light weights (15-20 reps) after a 2-week break. Since there haven't been any improvement for months, I tried peptides...

GHRP-6 tolerance:
After the first couple of shots I had strong hunger and hypo feeling, but the next days couldn't feel anything (I am not sure about the hunger as I would always take it on an empty stomach).
After 2 weeks I stopped and started a new vial after 1 week and had hypo feeling again but not as strong as the first time, and it also went away the next day.
The dosage was 100mcg x 3 ED.

Is this tolerance, or is the peptide degrading fast? Or maybe I just get used to the hunger but GH still gets released?
Is this normal?

Tendon pain:
While on GHRP-6 the tendon pain got worse.
I thought exercises were making it worse (I'm doing 2-3 sets of 40-60 reps of the most painful exercises ED to rehabilitate the tendons), and that GHRP-6 wasn't doing anything. But then I stopped taking GHRP-6 for a week and switched to TB-500.
The pain immediately subsided, and within a week my left hip flexor (the most injured one) almost fully recovered.
Then I added GHRP-6 again and the pain got stronger on the tendons that were still hurting a little.

Is this normal? Does this mean I should stop using GHRP-6 or is this just a sign that it's working?
Or is it something else?

Hmm wouldn't it seem reasonable for you to follow the most effective remedy for musculoskeletal pain; IF IT HURTS DONT DO IT.

I'm exercising with very low weights so there's no pain, sometimes I feel a little bit of pain if I make too sudden moves or try to increase the weight. The problem with my foot is that I can't avoid walking, but normally it doesn't hurt when I warm up.
I think I'm doing the best I can to accelerate the recovery, and there have been improvements.
Now, after I start GHRP-6 my my tendons get painful. Last 2 days it seems to get better again, might be because I use it together with TB-500...

Have you had a formal medical evaluation?

It just seems the diffuse tendonopathy you're experiencing is unusual and may be a forerunner of another more specific disease process.

Yeah, there was a suspicion, but blood results were fine.
I have also just received a shoe insert for my foot, so we'll see how that goes.
