Giant Semaglutide Thread (and other GLP-1 / GIP agonists)

I piss a lot but doesn't seem related to the Tirz.
Tho I maybe notice a difference in how it comes up? like instead of the slow buildin up of the urge to piss it just hits me out of nowhere

I take 15mg/week retra and I see the same.

And I nearly shit in my pants. It's hit you out of nowhere and If you can't reach the toilette in less than 1-2 minutes it's too late.

wow. is the high dose for enough appetite suppression or other reason? also, did you get diminishing returns? I am on 10 Tirz and more than this seems to do nothing. I tried 12.5 and 15 and it made no difference

The appetite suppression ist in my opinion very week If you compare it to sema.

With 15mg retra is even weaker than 2mg sema. That why I think I will combine less retra and some sema together. And of course because I won't shit in my pants at work.

Blood sugar’s looking pretty interesting so far. I’m on week 5 of Reta now, running it alongside a cycle of Test C 500 mg, Mast E 300 mg, and 2iu HGH every morning. My glucose came back at 74, insulin 6.4, and A1c actually dropped from 4.9 to 4.8 while eating around 160/65/350-400.

What really surprised me is the lipid profile. I’m not sure how much of that is Reta and how much is the combo of pita 4 mg and Bempesta EZ 10 mg, but everything came back perfect. Overall I’m really happy with the results so far, so I’m sticking with Reta and rolling forward.

how much reta now?
7.5 tirz was kind of messing me up at ~3800+kcal and I managed to get into the high 90s FBG because my 5 meals turned into 8 smaller meals and a cheat meal to get the cals in

That’s a heroic dose. There should be no doubt about increased resting metabolic rate from glucagon at that dose. Are you noticing anything? Warmth, energy?

I was on 20, bumped it up to finish my vials faster. Once I'm done with my vials I'll switch to pharma tirz.

Skin sensitivity's the most annoying.
Appetite suppression but it probably won't last long based off past experiences.
Warmth? No lol it makes me cold.
Elevated RHR but I'm already on NEB and IVA for that.

Does anyone here take sema, tirza or reta at high dosages and have noticed a change in their urination habits?
For example, a sudden urge to urinate?
I don’t take high doses of Reta, but since I’ve been on, roughly around three months, I pee constantly, even through the night , I’m up every hour, I’m quite lean and I’m dry as a bone and vascular when I get up in the morning, fasted blood sugars bang on 80 , every morning

Right now I’m on week 5 and running Reta at 4 mg. I had the same problem as you on Tirz, getting calories in was a nightmare. That “5 meals turning into 8 snacks plus a cheat meal” struggle is real.

On Reta it’s totally different. Appetite is solid, but you naturally stop at the right moment instead of overeating. No fatigue like on Tirz, mood is actually great, and my labs came back showing Reta is doing its job really well.

Any additional, and the vast majority, of lipid lowering from Reta (or any GLP) comes from weight loss.

Retatrutide reduced levels of ANGPTL3 by at least 40% on doses 8mg and above. Drugs that inhibit this protein reduce ldl independent of ldl receptor activity. Very good chance that ldl reduction is not vastly due to weight loss only. Hopefully we'll know by 2027.

How is your rhr now? Can you estimate or do you know where it would be without these 2 meds? I'm taking iva and nebiv too and I'm mid-high 70s and without them mid 90s.

Any sleep issues? I like what it does to my bloodwork but can't stand the sides, thinking seriously to try tirz.

RHR is the same as yours lol
With HGH too.

Yea I got sleep issues..but i don't think it's isolated to RETA.
Have you tried DAYVINGO for sleep? Might be worth a shot.

Wanna say the weight loss has been amazing on Reta but it has def fucked my sleep. Noticed I’m having to pee a lot more as well, looking to finish up my last couple of vials and switch to Tirz to maintain my new BF. I wanna lean all this towards the fact I’m losing fat quite fast as opposed to it being due to Reta

No I haven’t and honestly first time I’m hearing about this. I’ll take a look, although it’s not listed on my country’s med database and usually everything is available. I searched as lemborexant and still no luck

UGL/Non pharma
Injected my first 2.5mg dose of Tirzepatide. 10mg vial w/ 2ml of bac water added for a total of 2.5mg per 50 units on a u-100 insulin syringe, if anyone wants to double check my math in case lol.

I'm also a t1 diabetic & due for labs soon so we'll see how that goes. I'll be seeing if there's others like me on here but if anyone else can link me to other type 1 diabetics on Tirzepatide i'd appreciated, especially if they're UGL

You calculated it perfectly, and even nailed the ideal .5ml volume pharma uses per dose.

I am currently on pharma grade ozempic and I used my final dose which I slowly went up until 1 mg. I experienced some side effects but nothing really to write home about.

My main question is if I were to hop on reta. Do I gotta start from the bottom all the way up again? Or since I have been on ozempic for while, if I hop on 1mg of reta off the bat will it be too crazy of a jump? Is it really that much more potent?

damn, joining you soon. Did you notice lower fasted BG in the higher doses or did you notice the effects max out/diminished returns?

My fasted bg hasn't actually moved much for a long time even when I was increasing reta from a lower dose.

Sugar cravings seem to get worse and worse tho, especially when I added an SGLT2 to the combo. You just reminded me I need to get back on my CGM.

You should check if yours will cover a CGM without prior authorization, I know you have some elite tier insurance coverage.
