I’d recommend going back on Tirz since it checks all your boxes. This time, don’t stop at 5mg. Move up through 7.5, 10, 12.5, and 15mg. I think it was @Ghoul who mentioned that for many men the real effect often kicks in only at 10mg, and lower doses might not be noticeable. In my own case, I felt every single dose from 2.5 all the way up to 15mg. Give yourself more time, and don’t jump from one GLP to another too quickly. Run it for at least 6-7 months, then decide from there.
yeah i didnt put in any time because all your shit has been wrong anyway, so yeah i trust a quick chatgpt search more than youI think your are experiencing ChatGPT psychosis lol
Tren + ChatGPT = accelerated ChatGPT psychosis
If you literally read the post I made by scrolling up instead of having a made up conversation with a language model which is just gonna make shit up and agree with you, you could have avoided looking like an insane person.
You sir are incredibly foolish.
ChatGPT isn't a reliable source of information. Like I said before you have nothing valuable to add to the conversation.yeah i didnt put in any time because all your shit has been wrong anyway, so yeah i trust a quick chatgpt search more than you
you stopped at 5mg even though you need to lose more weight and picked the GLP known to not supress appetite as much as the other GLPs you tried.
if you still havent lost weight, the answer is not different GLPs
Everyone else is wrong that’s telling you the same thing lolChatGPT isn't a reliable source of information. Like I said before you have nothing valuable to add to the conversation.
If Mazdutide turns out to be a dud it will be a toss up between tirzepatide and semaglutide.I’d recommend going back on Tirz since it checks all your boxes. This time, don’t stop at 5mg. how does tirz cause fatigue? If Mazdutide turns out to be a dud it will be a toss up between tirzepatide and semaglutide.
The trials look promising for Mazdutide.
My main issue with tirzepatide is the fatigue and lack of interest in my hobbies. It's very strong however, I felt the effects from the first 2mg.
I lost 8kg over 3 months on it. I only used one vial (30mg).
It's a known side effect. Probably through stronger glucose control. Obviously you will be fatigued in a calorie deficit, but I found tirzepatide to be much worse than semaglutide.how does tirz cause fatigue?
what do you use Tirz or Reta? These are fantastic tools, especially when someone is already following a structured plan and adheres to said plan.
They won’t fix a bad diet or poor habits but add them into a clients plan and things become clear just how useful they can be.
Best drug for bodybuilding since tren imo
Just Reta on myself so far.what do you use Tirz or Reta?
You two cunts can't be serious. Fuck me dead. The resting heart rate increase is less than 5 BPM. Read the trial report I posted...
ChatGPT is making shit up

Thanks mate I guess I was wrong. I wasn't aware of this.View attachment 340364

dude. Just use goddamn tirzepatide and go to a higher dose. The older GLPs like Mazdutide are not nearly as good as the newer onesIf Mazdutide turns out to be a dud it will be a toss up between tirzepatide and semaglutide.

I'm currently fasting for 1 or 2 days every week to maintain the weighloss, because I can't help it but overeat on most days. I find to much easier to fast because as soon as I eat something I get even hungrier. Even a large plate of lean meat and vegetables makes me hungrier than before. I'm trying to cut out fruit and dairy because those also make hungry af, but the cravings are tough. At least I'm getting some metabolic health benefits form the fasting lolAlright boys. Gonna increase Tirz from 10mg to 15mg next week. I tought 10mg was gonna be it for me but unfortunately not. I am still maintaining the 30lbs weightloss but these past 2 weeks I have been so goddamn hungry and I still wanna loose another 5lbs.
I'll have to do some weird shenanagins with the dilution because I got 40mg vials and splitting those in 15mg gonna be a bit of a headache.
I bought 40mg because I tought 10mg was gonna be my upper limit. if I had known I'd have bought some 60mg, smh.
I'm gonna skip 12.5mg because I'm getting heavily diminishing returns. 5mg was strong af at first. Then going from 5 to 7.5 made no difference. 7.5 to 10 I finally got a little extra appetite suppresion. but not much
have you tried other glps than tirzepatide?I'm currently fasting for 1 or 2 days every week to maintain the weighloss, because I can't help it but overeat on most days. have you tried other glps than tirzepatide?
this dosent sound normal at all on 10mg. get your ass up to 15mg and if that dosent work you might just be a nonresponder.
15mg is for obese diabetics with fatty liver disease. absolute highest dose. if you're that high you're likely on the wrong glp.
im pretty sure i saw @Ghoul mentioning the new studies coming out with non responders going all the way up to 20-25mg.
I am definetly a responder to Tirzepatide. Before Tirz I was 30lbs heaver than I am now, and that was me doing my absolute best with diet and training to keep my weight down. If I hadn't been trying at all I would have been worryingly obese. I have an absurd appetite, always been like this since I was a kid. I tried sema before tirz and 0.25mg of pharma Ozempic gave me the worst stomach pain and nausea of my life (it made me litterally bedbound for a few days) used it for 3 weeks amd ditched it.have you tried other glps than tirzepatide?

Try Reta, I still have a large appetite but can’t eat close to as much !!!I am definetly a responder to Tirzepatide. Tirzepatide DEFINETLY works for me, I just think that being lower bodyfat is unnatural for my body, so it fights back.
Before Tirz the leanest I had gotten was 15% bf or so and it was a grind. maintained for only like 1 month before balooning back up to 30+% bf. now I am at 13-14% (I guess) and I have to put a good amount of effort to maintain it, but still nowhere near as much effort as I had to put in before to even get below 20%
