Giant Semaglutide Thread (and other GLP-1 / GIP agonists)

Scale ??? Tell us what really matters, how much have you lost since starting it ?
19 Aug 2025:
Weight – 110 kg
Neck – 41 cm
Chest – 116 cm
Abdomen – 96.5 cm
Hip – 94 cm
Left Bicep – 41 cm
Right Bicep – 41 cm
Left Thigh – 66.5 cm
Right Thigh – 66.5 cm
Left Calf – 44 cm
Right Calf – 44 cm

I'm more concerned about regaining weight than losing it. I'll keep recording as the months pass. It's still early days. I was 136kg at one point (Apr 24) so I've lost a massive amount of weight. These things take time.

How are you guys eating on Reta? I've done 2 shots of reta (1mg each) and I'm feeling like I'm disappearing, no hunger, no appetite, fasted BG dropped from 108 to 88 after the first shot. I just wanted not to think about food, but Ive lost 4 kg in 4 days, this shit is criminal, no more excuses to be fat
This happened to me. I stopped for 2 weeks, then started again at 0.5mg. I've done 2 injections so I'm in Week 2. No side effects.

Hi guys, is there anyone who hasn’t felt the effects of semaglutide? This is the second time I’ve given it a try. The first time I went up to 2.5 and didn’t notice any appetite suppression, so I quit. Now I started again a few weeks ago and I’m at 1.5, but I still don’t notice anything… how high should I increase the dose?

I take 5 mg per week and feel a slight suppression.

Oh isn’t that too much? I thought the maximum dose was 2.4.

In recent trials by Novo Nordisk, doses up to 7.2mg were used safely. This was for "non-responders".

If this is the only kit of Sema you've ever tried though, I'd be VERY cautious using another. You could have gotten a bad batch. or the wrong peptide. No response to 2.4mg is extremely unusual. It's a very potent GLP.

I would even say that it is too little. I think I'll stick to 5mg and try to add Cagri during the days.

I would say you have bunk Sema. By 7.2mg Novo couldn't find a single non responder.

What you're describing is like someone saying they inject 2 grams of testosterone a week and get a weak or no response.

You may have gotten Tirz instead. Wouldn't be the first time a mixup from the supplier happened.

If I had gotten Tirz, I would be dead. I have a severe allergic reaction to Tirz. Yes, I have tried different suppliers. I am also allergic to Reta. Yes, it is sema.

How long have you been on Sema for ?
I started everything with 0.25 mg in May 2024 and had the typical symptoms at the beginning. I also lost weight quickly and significantly. I lost 10 kg in the first five months. However, I had to increase the dose quite quickly. By the end of the year, I was already taking 2.5 mg. Since the beginning of this year, I have had to increase the dose further in order to feel any effect at all.

I've asked this here in the past and you guys suggested I just up my dose of Tirzepatide from 10mg to 15mg and I get it's what makes the most sense but still I feel as I am getting significat diminishing results for Tirzepatide. 5mg initially was amazing, then after loosing weight and 5mg was no longer enough going to 10mg made barely a tiny difference in my appetite.
I feel as if it might just be a bit of a waste upping it more for very little appetite suppression.
So any other compounds that stack well with tirz and provide some extra appetite suppression? not sema because that made me feel horrible on 0.25mg.
I'm already doing everything I can diet wise. Fasting, high fiber, clean diet

Why not try Reta?

Thanks, the previous kit was from QSC, the current one is from SSA

Cagri

is it that powerfull? I know many were disappointed by CagriSema but never heard of it stacked with Tirz. Will look into it more, thanks
I’ve been reading many ppl are loving the benefits of small dose of Cagri with Tirz or Reta for more appetite suppression. Sry has it at the moment for a good deal and that’s where a lot of ppl are speaking highly of the combo.

Sry? you mean SSA?
Also what's the dosage of Cargilintide? I know it's a Amyelin receptor agonist, but trough what mechaniam does it supress appetite?
