Approaching one month on mazdutide. I've been split dosing it as follows:
4mg Wednesday
2mg Sunday
I've had to do this as 1mg does basically nothing, and 4mg stops suppressing appetite fully by Sunday. Which is weird because they say it's got a 8 day half life.
Anyway, I've started to eat less and I'm slowly losing weight again.
I don't get as tired as tirzepatide, like the drawn out weak feeling. But I am definitely feeling fatigue.
So far I think it's quite good because I don't get the deep tirz fatigue and anhedonia. I also don't get the gut ache and shut down feeling of sema.
Still early days. My blood tests all came back perfect. Super low ast/alt. Creatinine back in range and HCT at .48. Lipids were one of the best I've had.
So I'm upping the test to 200mg, keeping the 100mg Decca in. Still on 2iu HGH.

My Tirzepatide is being shipped already, and I wanted to check with you guys if my plan is fine.
Its a kit of 30mg/vial, and I plan on reconstituting it with 2ml of BAC water.
Reconstitute with 1ml.
Filter it.
Then filter 1ml of pure BAC to flush the filter and bring the total volume to 2ml.
I would like to use the vial for 10 weeks, but I am hesitant if it will last that long, what do you guys think?
My main concern is forming aggregates and end up with some immunogenicity in the long term, and being resistant to its effects. I do not mind if the tirzepatide loses some potency, only about the immunogenicity part.
The opened vial is going to be stored in the fridge, and the unopened vials in the freezer.
Is all this process gtg?

Make total volume 3ml if you're using it for 10 weeks. Ideally each dose is as close to .5ml in volume as possible.

Done. Do you think this way I can mostly stay clear from aggregates and immunogenic responses, or is there anything else I should be doing?

Sanitize the vial top before each use, handle the vial gently, and you've done all you can.
Does anyone stack reta + cagri?
At the moment I'm using 12mg reta split over 3 days (MWF). Did inject 0.3mg cagri last Thursday. The appetite suppression was there, but it wore down Saturday and wasn't noticeable by Sunday.
The fatigue was real. I could lower the reta and up the cagri a bit, or dose the cagri 2x a week.
How do you guys stack them together?

Volume determines the pharmacokinetics, ie, how quickly the drug is absorbed, and therefore how quickly and high peak blood levels rise. Very small and very large volumes speed up absorption, and can make sides more intense than they otherwise would be.
.5ml is what Eli Lily uses for each dose.

How much Reta have you guys pinned at once? Ill be leaving dor 10 days and im thinking of doing that time period dosage before leaving, do you reckon 10-12mg at once is too much?
